
What: |
Challenge your strength and endurance with an energizing 90-minute workout! The first hour with a mix of weights, body resistance training, and bursts of cardio intervals. The last half hour will incorporate Pilates for core exercises, as well as flexibility and stretch those hard working muscles. If you have your own weights and exercise mats you are welcome to bring them if you do not equipment will be provided for registered participants. |
